Login & Security

Log in to your QK777 account, go to Account Settings, then Security. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication, confirm with your current password, and QK777 will send a test OTP to verify the setup. Once active, every login will require both your password and an SMS OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
Account locks are triggered automatically after multiple consecutive failed login attempts — this protects you against unauthorised access. You will receive an SMS alert when a lock occurs.
