1. Definitions

If you are using QK777 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that person to these terms. However, account sharing and transferring funds between accounts are prohibited — each QK777 account must belong to and be operated by a single individual.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use QK777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated bots may not register as members.

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at any point QK777 requests verification.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Your QK777 Account

4.1 Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one QK777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration — your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate and matches the identity on your payment method. The name on your QK777 account must exactly match the name on your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QK777 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. QK777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact QK777 support at support@qk777.im immediately.

QK777 accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility until you notify QK777 of a suspected breach and take steps to secure the account.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

QK777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, use by an underage person, or any other conduct that QK777 deems harmful to the platform or other members. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

QK777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No foreign currency transactions are supported. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method — Rs 500 for mobile wallets, Rs 1,000 for IBFT, and Rs 500 for card withdrawals. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account. 5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your QK777 balance typically within 30 seconds. NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT deposits typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawal times are: Easypaisa/JazzCash within 1–5 minutes; NayaPay/SadaPay within 10 minutes; IBFT within 1–2 hours; card withdrawals within 24 hours. These are target times under normal conditions and may vary during peak periods.

5.4 Fees

QK777 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside QK777's control and are the member's own responsibility. Currency conversion charges do not apply as all transactions are in PKR.

5.5 Same-Name Policy

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered QK777 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy protects members against fraud and ensures regulatory compliance.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted at QK777 at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the event concludes. QK777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on events where pricing errors are identified before or after settlement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per single bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and member account tier. Limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. QK777 may impose lower maximum limits on any individual member's account at its discretion without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets and Event Cancellation

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to your QK777 balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed; the event is postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start; a pricing error is identified; or the relevant market is otherwise determined to be void under QK777's specific sport rules. Voided selections in an accumulator reduce the number of legs and adjust the payout accordingly.

6.4 Suspected Match Manipulation

QK777 reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct an investigation into any bet it reasonably suspects was placed with prior knowledge of a manipulated outcome. If manipulation is confirmed, bets will be voided and the account may be suspended. QK777 cooperates fully with any relevant sporting integrity authorities.

7. Casino & Card Games

All casino games and card games available at QK777, including slots, roulette, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and poker, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. The RNG certification records are available on request from QK777 support.

Live dealer games use real dealers operating in real time. The outcome of live casino games is determined by the physical actions of the dealer and is not subject to RNG. QK777 is not responsible for connection interruptions during live casino sessions — interrupted rounds are handled according to each game provider's rules, which are available within each game's help section.

Bets voided after placement do not count towards the wagering requirement.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is identified, QK777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to restrict future bonus eligibility for that account.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

• Money laundering or using QK777 to deposit or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion with other members, game providers, or sports participants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, incomplete, or forged verification documents.
• Attempting to access another member's QK777 account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

QK777's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that member in the 12 months prior to the claim. QK777 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of the platform.

QK777 is not responsible for any losses arising from bets placed in error, including miscalculations of odds, incorrect market selection, or technical issues on the member's device or internet connection at the time of bet placement.

13. Changes to These Terms

QK777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, QK777 will notify members by email, by a notification banner on qk777.im, or by both methods simultaneously. The updated terms will include a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of QK777 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using QK777 and contact support to discuss closing your account and withdrawing your balance before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect member rights, or updates required by regulatory bodies — may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms and Conditions supersedes all previous versions.
